Refunds & Returns

WinterPaws offers a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with tags intact. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with valid order details. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
